This paper presents an analytical library for maneuvering of underactuated spacecraft around a central target with application to remote inspection. Free-flying small are attractive option in situ inspection but require strategies that computationally simple, such they can be implemented on computer, while still allowing constraints like plume impingement and underactuation included. An maneuver provides suboptimal solution computed without the need numerical optimization. In addition, low fuel cost maneuvers means degree suboptimality is marginal. To develop library, forced circular motion used order place controllable state external disturbances rejected. From there, trajectories designed manipulate accomplish as joining from rest or changing circle’s radius. Conditions under which guaranteed avoided developed, applications point-to-point landing on/docking rotating shown.
